دانشگاه کاشان کاشان شناسی 2676-7686 9 2 2017 02 19 Irrigation System and Agriculture-Related Expressions of Barzok نظام آبیاری و اصطلاحات کشاورزی برزک 110 135 110956 FA سعید خیرخواه Journal Article 2021 02 07 Barzok mountainous district, located in the hillside of Karkas central mountain chain, is one of the catchment areas which has 30 large and small farms as well as numerous springs and Qanats; wherein the irrigation system and water rights had been primarily important according to the historical documents and watermarks. To highlight the importance of this issue, the present study was designed to review the various aspects of irrigation system, names and common expressions in the Barzok distric. The study has been carried out referring to the historical watermarks, documents and statements prepared by the Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties as well as reviewing the traditions prevalent among the owners and farmers and personal information of the author. This paper discusses various issues including the springs and Qanats of Barzok, Rowzeqe (water rights) in Barzok, water brokers as well as glossary of common irrigation-related expressions in Barzok.  منطقۀ کوهستانی برزک در دامنۀ سلسله‌جبال مرکزی «کرکس»، با داشتن 30 مزرعۀ کوچک و بزرگ یکی از حوزه‌های بزرگ آبخیز و چشمه‌های متعدد و قنات‌هاست که براساس اسناد و قباله‌ها و آب‌نشان‌های قدیمی، نظام آب و آبیاری و مالکیت آب در آن، در درجه‌اول اهمیت بوده است. برای روشن شدن اهمیت این موضوع در این نوشتار، به جوانب مختلف نظام آبیاری و نام‌ها و اصطلاحات رایج در منطقۀ برزک بپردازیم. مبنای کار و مراجع تحقیق در این مقاله، آب‌نشان‌ها و اسناد قدیمی و صورت‌های تنظیمی ادارۀ ثبت اسناد و رسوم متداول در میان مالکان و کشاورزان و اطلاعات شخصی نگارنده است. چشمه‌ها و قنات‌های برزک، روزقه‌های برزک، متولیان و کارگزاران آب، فرهنگ وارۀ اصطلاحات رایج آب و آبیاری در برزک، از موضوعات موردبحث در این مقاله است. https://sh-kashan.kashanu.ac.ir/article_110956_409249725e505b573db72b9deeea10d0.pdf
