Its main objective is to explain the position of this institution in regulating commercial and industrial activities, pursuing the demands of economic actors, and contributing to the resolution of Kashan’s economic and urban issues within the context of Iran’s economic transformations during the 1950s and early 1960s—a period in which the Iranian economy gradually entered a phase of stability and growth. This study is library based and analytical, examining the Chamber’s documents, including administrative correspondence, reports, and minutes. The central hypothesis of the study is that during this period the Chamber, in addition to organizing commercial affairs, served as an intermediary between economic actors and government institutions and played an effective role in pursuing economic issues and developing urban infrastructure. The article is organized into three sections: first, an examination of Iran’s economic and social context and Kashan’s economic position; second, a history of the formation of the Assembly of Merchants’ Representatives and the Kashan Chamber of Commerce; and third, an analysis of the activities of this institution based on the available documents. The findings indicated that the Chamber played an important role in strengthening the regional economy by addressing infrastructural conditions, supporting local industries such as carpet weaving and textiles, and seeking to expand banking and communication services<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span></span> <strong><span lang="FA">در این پژوهش نقش و کارکرد اتاق بازرگانی کاشان در تحولات اقتصادی و اجتماعی این شهر در بازۀ زمانی ۱۳۳۴ تا ۱۳۴3 مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. هدف اصلی، تبیین جایگاه این نهاد در تنظیم فعالیت‌های تجاری و صنعتی، پیگیری مطالبات فعالان اقتصادی و مشارکت در حل مسائل اقتصادی و شهری کاشان در بستر تحولات اقتصادی ایران در دهه‌های ۱۳۳۰ و اوایل دهۀ ۱۳۴۰ است؛ دوره‌ای که اقتصاد ایران به‌تدریج وارد مرحله‌ای از ثبات و رشد شد. روش تحقیق بر اساس تحلیل اسناد اتاق شامل مکاتبات اداری، گزارش‌ها و صورت‌جلسات، و منابع کتاب‌خانه‌ای و مطالعات تاریخی است. فرضیۀ کلیدی این است که اتاق در این دوره علاوه‌بر سامان‌دهی امور تجاری، نقش واسط میان فعالان اقتصادی و نهادهای دولتی را ایفا کرده و در پیگیری مسائل اقتصادی و توسعۀ زیرساخت‌های شهری مؤثر بوده است. مقاله در سه بخش تنظیم شده است: نخست، بررسی زمینه‌های اقتصادی و اجتماعی ایران و جایگاه اقتصادی کاشان؛ دوم، تاریخچۀ شکل‌گیری مجلس وکلای تجار و اتاق بازرگانی کاشان؛ و سوم، تحلیل فعالیت‌های این نهاد بر اساس اسناد موجود. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که اتاق با پیگیری وضعیت زیرساختی، حمایت از صنایع محلی مانند قالی‌بافی و نساجی، و تلاش برای گسترش خدمات بانکی و ارتباطی نقش مهمی در تقویت اقتصاد منطقه ایفا کرده است.</span></strong> https://sh-kashan.kashanu.ac.ir/article_115492_bc31a84fedbf8198e908f355ab9c0ee0.pdf
