Abstract

Undoubtedly Sayed Abo-Al-Reza Ravandi is one of the incredible characters in sixth century A.H. who has a great role in expanding the Shia hadith heritage. His services to Shia hadith heritage can be divided into two major parts. First, quoting the Hadith heritage of the past and passing it on to the future generations functioning as a bridge between past and future. Some know him as the furtherance of this heritage transfer process, others know him as the unique narrator of this heritage but, nevertheless without him this great heritage would not be transferred to us.
The other part of his service is the description and correction of this hadith heritage. There are copies of ancient Shia books, which have permission of Sayed Abo-Al-Reza Ravandi. He received these books on a journey to Baghdad in 511 A.H. As a result of his Efforts, Kashan became a station for narrators of other areas of Hadiths for Correction of important Shiite hadith books like Amali from Seyyed Morteza, Nahj al-Balagha's Commentary, Chasaes Al-Aemiyyah and Summary of Al-baian from Sayyed razy. Resle Ahwazieh and Man La Yahzoroho Al Faghih and Amali from Sheykh Sadugh.
