Despite the development of open banking technologies in recent years, its use has not yet expanded as much as the development of its technologies. This research has investigated the willingness to accept open banking based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) and by expanding this model, the effect of factors such as consumer inertia, uncertainty avoidance, perceived risk and previous consumption experience on the willingness to accept. Open banking has been investigated. The statistical population of this research was all the users of open banking services of Tejarat Bank branches in Kashan city. A sample size of 180 people was considered and 251 questionnaires were distributed to ensure the sampling and using the questionnaire tool after ensuring its validity and reliability, the data were collected using the available sampling method. The results showed that the new investigated variables, i.e. consumer inertia, uncertainty avoidance, perceived risk and previous consumption experience, have a positive and significant effect on the willingness to accept open banking. Finally, according to the obtained results, suggestions for speeding up and improving the open banking acceptance process in Kashan Tejarat Bank have been presented.
