Design and validation of human resource agility model in medium and large companies of Aran and Bidgol industrial town
Abstract
Background and purpose: One of the necessities of the bio-organizational organization in the contemporary period is to create agile organizations and to cultivate specialized and trained forces in job spaces full of risks, who are able to quickly respond to changes at the appropriate time.The present research was conducted with the aim of designing and validating the human resource agility model in medium and large companies in Aran and Bidgol industrial towns.
Method: This research was carried out using the integrative-exploratory method (a model for building research data collection tools with a focus on quantitative methods). Based on this, using the qualitative method, identifying, categorizing and modeling the factors, concepts and categories related to the agility of human resources in the form of a data theory paradigm model was established, and in the quantitative part, the model obtained using structural equation modeling ( AMOS) was validated and tested.
Findings: After coding and classifying the concepts, categories and themes of the interviews in the form of qualitative data analysis software (MAXQDA), 443 primary open codes were extracted, and these codes were connected axially (154 concepts and 40 main categories) in the form of a paradigm model. : central phenomenon, causal conditions, contextual conditions ,intervening factors, action strategies, Consequences.
Conclusion: Examining the confirmatory factor model of human resource agility also revealed that the factor loadings of all factors and components of the model are more than the acceptable limits (0.4) and the factors and indicators of the subgroup of the human resource agility model in Aran and Bidgol industrial companies, from the state of fit and They have the necessary and favorable credit.
