In two sections, the present paper attempts a characterization of Feiz Based on his works to explore his inquisitive and exploring self. The claim is that he depended on nothing but what he found in his scientific inquiries. He never belonged to a specific sect in his lifetime. The second part of this paper attempts to show his commitment through a critical review of his book waif.
